If you do not see visible results within this period, you may apply for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for the Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Eligible Treatment: This Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to Clinderma's 3-Month Acne Treatment Plan. It is not valid for treatment plans targeting pores, scars, pigmentation, or other skin concerns.
  • Complete Purchase: You must have purchased the complete 3-Month Acne Treatment Plan from the Clinderma India website or mobile app.
  • Follow the Treatment Protocol:
    • You must have completed all follow-up consultations with your designated Skin Coach.
    • You must have attended monthly follow-up video consultations with a Clinderma dermatologist.
    • You must have purchased and used all prescribed medications throughout the 3-month treatment period as per the dermatologist's instructions.
  • Accurate Information: You must have provided complete and accurate information regarding your medical history, current health conditions, and skin issues before starting the treatment. Any false or incomplete information will disqualify you from the guarantee.

Photos & Progress Tracking

  • You must submit clear photos of your skin every 15 days during the 3-month treatment period.
    • These photos should be unedited and taken in natural lighting to ensure transparency and authenticity.
    • Regular submissions are required to accurately document progress and maintain eligibility for the Money-Back Guarantee.
    • Timely Request: You must raise the Money-Back Guarantee request within 10 days of completing the 3-month treatment period.
  • Exclusions to the Money-Back Guarantee
    The Money-Back Guarantee is not applicable in the following cases:
    • Other Skin Conditions: The guarantee applies only to acne treatment and does not cover pores, scars, pigmentation, or other skin concerns.
    • Pregnancy: The guarantee is not valid for individuals who are or become pregnant during the treatment period.
    • Medical Conditions: Any pre-existing or newly developed medical conditions during the treatment (e.g., hormonal disorders, thyroid issues, etc.) may render you ineligible for the refund.
    • Lack of Adherence: Failure to attend all required consultations or purchase prescribed medications will disqualify you from the Money-Back Guarantee.
    • Future Skin Changes: The guarantee applies only to visible results achieved during the defined 3-month treatment period and does not cover any changes in skin condition after this period.
  • What Constitutes 'Visible Results'?
    Visible results for the purpose of this Money-Back Guarantee include, but are not limited to:
  • Reduction in the number of active acne lesions.
  • Improvement in overall skin texture, such as reduced redness and inflammation.

that improvement is subjective and is assessed based on dermatologist evaluation, photo evidence, and patient feedback.

How to Apply for the Money-Back Guarantee?

    • Submit a Money-Back Guarantee request through the 'Help & Support' section in your Clinderma app under 'Profile'.
  • Review Process:
    • Your request will be reviewed against the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • Consultation with Dermatologist:
    • If eligible, we will assign a qualified dermatologist to review your case. You will have a final consultation call with this dermatologist, who will make the ultimate decision regarding the refund.
  • Decision:
    • The dermatologist's decision is final. If the criteria are met, a full refund or partial refund will be processed.
  • Refund Processing
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 20 working days from the final decision.
    • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    • The refund covers only the cost of the treatment plan and medications purchased from Clinderma; it does not cover any additional costs such as delivery charges, third-party consultations, or medications purchased elsewhere.
  • General Terms & Conditions
    • Naase Healthcare Pvt Ltd, the holding company of Clinderma India, reserves the right to modify or terminate this Money-Back Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
    • Any modification will apply only to new customers and will not affect ongoing treatment plans.
    • The guarantee is provided as an additional benefit and does not replace any statutory rights under Indian consumer law.
